A micro exhibition might be a sway presentation (sway is a web publishing app that dynamically combines images and text). The format works well with a balanced arrangement of images and text; images galleries can also be created in sway. A sway presentation requires a landing page with a brief introductory text and links to relevant Beinecke Library resources.
Examples (links to landing pages and sway presentations):
Beinecke Library Invites You…(landing page); Quarantine Reading: Learning to Read Secretary Hand (sway presentation)
Looking for Zora Neale Hurston in the Archives (landing page); sway presentation
Uncle Tom’s Cabin: Context and Resources (landing page); The Life of Uncle Tom (sway presentation)
Road Show examples (using limited images and only text intended for the in-person Library exhibition)
Writers & Tourists(landing page); Piazza San Marco, Venice (sway presentation)
Henry David Thoreau at Walden Pond (landing page); To the Woods (sway presentation)
